The Family Spirit home visiting model is available to interested communities and home visiting programs through a contracting process with Johns Hopkins Center for Indigenous Health. New sites initiate affiliation with a: one-time affiliation fee; initial trainee fees for program staff; purchase of the curriculum.  After the first year, affiliation is maintained through an annual affiliation renewal fee. All costs and associated services are described below. On occasion Johns Hopkins Center for Indigenous Health has grant funding to help cover these costs, with the goal of making Family Spirit accessible to all interested communities.
